In a plugin’s window, Logic offers a Compare button to A/B test. Just discovered that Atoms reverts to the original preset, not the edited/saved one. Not good.
Good thing I saved the project before I did any more tweaking.

Does your edited preset have a slightly different name?
That doesn’t seem to matter. I just created a new preset and saved it in User presets. I made some tweaks and saved the project, then tweaked some more. When I click compare, it reverts to the original preset, not the one saved with the project.
Another thing I noticed: when clicking Compare, sometimes it will go back to the correct settings, but if you keep toggling it “forgets” the save state and defaults to the saved preset.
Seems like something is not being written<>read correctly.
