Baby Audio Collab Challenge — Free Sample Pack Inside!

Hi everyone! We’re kicking off a new community project — one track, shaped together by the Baby Audio community.
Every contributor adds a piece. We remix, reshape, and evolve the track as a group.

To get started, we’re throwing in a forgotten gem of a sample pack — a freebie done in collaboration with our friends at Nu.Wav. Dust it off, flip it, or ignore it entirely — it’s just here if you want a spark.

• Build a collaborative track with only Baby Audio plugins/instruments.
• Use the included Nu.Wav sample pack (optional, but fun!).
• No external sound sources allowed.

• Keep the final track under 2 minutes.
• This is a collaborative piece — build on each other’s stems and ideas.
• Submit your part by August 29th.
• Upload the following:
• A full mix with your contribution included
• A stem of your part (WAV format, 48kHz / 24-bit)
• Any Baby Audio presets you used
• Use this format for stems: your_username — part name
• Place everything in a zip file when uploading

• Add the BPM + key (if applicable) in your post.
• Drop some notes or context — what your part is, what it could become.
• Leave headroom in your mix so others can build on it.
• Remix other submissions, rearrange the structure, or flip someone’s stem into something brand new.

I started work on a track this morning and will export all the stems and upload them. Is there a preferred place to upload the stems?

In the track I’ve used BA-1, Atoms, Taip, Crystalline, Parallel Aggressor and Transit 2 as a multi effect. I will also export all the presets for the plugins.

Here is the stems and when I get chance I will add a zip with the presets and midi files in.

Upload them however works best for you :slight_smile: We can figure it out as we go

Here’s a start from me, and I repeat, just a start. I don’t own any BA synths (yet), so I took the offered sample pack (thank you), and arranged a track from those bits, and nothing else. No other processing at all (well, I reversed one of the noise samples). Then I added a hint of SOPro Mix Bus Clarity-Gentle - Craig Bauer on the master bus.

So, this is something to start with, next step will be to apply some radical BA processing.

Or whatever you might like to do with it.

I read the guidelines again, so I shortened my track to under 2 minutes. Here’s a mix, each track has 2 BA effects on it, and 2 on the master bus. I could do more! :slight_smile:

90bpm, pitched material is mainly in F.

I tried to upload a zip file of the stems, but the error message says that the max file upload is 10MB. Even if I zipped every track individually, some of them would be over 10MB. How or where to upload? Not sure how Karhide managed to do it.
