your website won’t send any emails with licenses or even when I try to log in and it won’t let me access my account. but I was charg ed the full amount on my credit card. please fix this issue or pleas refund my card. I needed use one of the plug in snow with a client and because I can’t get my licenses I paid for Imnow being forced to by another similar product from a competitor and spend more money.
