Question, is anyone else having trouble getting preset packs?

Hey, just wanted to throw this out the the forum community to see if I might be missing something. I purchased the Atmospheres preset pack for Atoms and received a link in my email to download it. However, the link is not working. It does take me to a https://babyaudio.onfastspring.com URL, but displays error messages saying “HTTP Status 404 – Not Found”, and:

Type Status Report

Message Not Found

Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

Any advice?

I emailed Baby Audio support ( support@babyaud.io ) 3 days ago and haven’t received a reply. Maybe they don’t have actual support, or I need to wait longer? I’d love some kind of workaround though, so that I don’t have to wait.

I am having this same issue.

To follow up on this - they ended up emailing me the preset pack.

However, I am now trying to delete this post, I can’t. It seems that deleting is not an option in this forum.
