Hi, I think there is a problem on your payment page.
I was able to pay for Crystalline but I was not able to download it. On the payment page there is the option to pay with a card, some other option (Paypal?) and apple pay. If you change to the preferred payment option, such as Apple Pay, the email input box disappears. You are still able to complete the purchase but there is nowhere to send the email with download details to.
As a result I have not received the software since last week, it’s been about four days I think.
The possible solution is that Apple Pay autofills with whatever email you use for that. In my case it is a different one so that could explain it…
Anyway, just thought I should point it out. I’ll check that other email now…
